Licensing Process:

“How do I begin the process of becoming a licensed Real Estate Professional?” Often you might hear that getting your license is step one. We believe that…

  • Step one is scheduling time to come in and speak with one of our Branch Managers. Getting all of your questions answered, and having the manager assist you through the process is extremely beneficial.
  • Step two is getting licensed.  There are several good schools where you will be able to take your initial two courses to become licensed.
  • Step three is taking your state test following your pre-licensing course
  • Step four is joining the best brokerage in town, CENTURY 21 Keim Realtors.

Training
